Exchange Policy

We gladly offer exchanges for orders placed within Pakistan, provided the request is made within 3 days of delivery.

Exchange eligibility criteria:
✔ The item is unused and in its original condition.
✔ All tags and packaging are intact.
✔ The exchange request is due to a size issue or a damaged product.
✖ Items purchased on sale or discount are not eligible for exchange.

Important Note: We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, a store credit coupon of equal value will be provided, which can be used for future purchases.

Exchange Procedure

1.    To request an exchange, please reach out to our customer service team via email, social media, or phone.

2.    Provide your order number so that we can assist you in arranging a replacement

3.    If your request meets the conditions, we will share the return shipping address.

4.    Once we receive the item, we will dispatch the replacement accordingly.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it has been processed.

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, and at that point, our exchange policy will apply.

Odes and Pearls reserves the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:

• The item is out of stock.
• There is a pricing error.
• The payment has been declined by the financial institution.
